Good idea but hard to play with May 20, 2010 Sunshine on a fall day I liked the idea of this game the blocks are hard to flip over and when you do they cover the one behind it. If you leave the pieces standing up which my 3 year old didn't want to do then it is easy to play. the cards slide right out. putting a band at the top or something would make it easier to use and travel with.
Thanks!
travel memory game February 11, 2010 Malka Farkas (SPRING VALLEY, NEW YORK, US) I travel a lot of times to New York from Montreal. Being a mother of seven I can tell you how much more plesant my trips are. The kids fight less and they do not say "are we there yet?" I also have the HANGMAN it is great for the older children. I also teach special needs kids and I bring them to scholl and it great.
memory September 12, 2009 Mary L. Dawsey (Washington, usa) Really creative and fun way to make a travel memory game. Kids loved it.
Great fun in the car August 30, 2009 K. Duvall (Oregon) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this for our road trip to Montana. 14 hours each way including the stops! I have a 5 1/2 and a 3 1/2. Both enjoyed this game in thier own way. My oldest played somewhat appropriately. Youngest just liked flipping the doors and looking at the pictures. They tired of it pretty quick though. Only about 30 minutes of play before it was tossed aside. I plan on using it for other rides in the future since they will only get better at understanding how to play.
Excellent game for home and travel! August 23, 2009 Kristin S. (Livonia, MI) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This game is wonderful for my four year old, and my one year old also likes to play with the flipping doors. I agree with other reviewers - I wish there were more inserts to buy, but will follow one reviewer's advice and make my own with stickers in the meantime! :) It is a quality product, made of wood (no plastic!). It is durable and has held up to some roughness over the past year. Love it!
