 Great puzzle for little boys! June 28, 2010

My 3-year-old son loves puzzles and firetrucks. As soon as the puzzle arrived, he had it open and was putting it together. He insists on taking it over to grandma's house when he goes and has been playing with it daily since it has arrive. It does challange him, but he can put it together by himself which makes him feel like a 'big boy.' The quality is also good. He can be pretty distructive, but the puzzle is still holding up very well. Great product. I recommend it.

We just got this puzzle and the M&D farm scene puzzle for my 2 and 1/4 year old daughter who really enjoyed the M&D 12 piece puzzle sets. The fire truck puzzle is a huge hit and the pieces don't get lost easily (b/c they're so big!). I've already got my eye on the M&D 48 piece sea scene puzzle for a future purchase. I can't say enough about how much I enjoy watching my daughter work on these. It's such a treat to see her so engaged in an activity that is constructive on so many levels (and not noisy). These are a lifesaver for rainy days, before bedtime, when we are attending to her little brother and need her occupied, etc. This will be a staple gift for 2-3 year old birthdays!

Bought this for my 3-1/2 year old grandson for Christmas. He is into puzzles. He loved this one. Big but fit on my coffee table so not just for floor.

Our two-year-old prefers this puzzle over all others. She constructs it several times a day. There are just the right amount of details in it, so that after she's put it together I ask her to point to each detail by naming it for her. She loves this puzzle! It is bright, colorful, and challenging in just the right way.
